Based out of Hong Kong, Cipher is taking on the world with a line of premium footwear aimed at the kind of guy who isn't just a sneakerhead, but appreciates world travel, high fashion, and modern art. The line consists of three styles (which all use environmentally friendly materials): Seditionary, (top left - $199) a mid-top style available in quilted or perforated uppers with metal hardware coated in Nickle, Gold Micron or Palladium. Subterranean, (top right/bottom left - $165) a low cut style with embossed harness straps. And finally, Libertine, (bottom right - $170) a mid-stop style available in a variety of vibrant colors.
